A complete digital academy for Fare Futuro, connecting course discovery, enrolment, live teaching and AI-assisted study.
The need
Fare Futuro needed a digital platform to support the complete Metodo Magistrato learning journey, from presenting its legal education offer to managing enrolled students.
The service had to bring together flexible course sales, live and recorded lessons, teaching materials, written practice and individual support. The academy also needed tools for orders, invoicing, student administration and course planning.
Result
Mediachrome built a dedicated platform on its MediaLive.LMS product, connecting the public website, e-commerce, student area and administrative console.
Students can attend live lessons or study on demand, use interactive learning resources, submit written work and request appointments with teachers. The academy manages its commercial, administrative and teaching operations within the same solution.
A connected learning service
A branded website introduces the academy and its courses. The integrated store supports course variants, online and in-person attendance, books, promotional prices and coupons, taking students from discovery to purchase.
Live and on-demand video serves thousands of simultaneous users. Lessons can be delivered through MediaLive.Studio, Teams and Zoom, with multi-user chat supporting participation during live teaching.
The administrative console brings course, lesson and simulation creation, organisation, publication and scheduling together. Teaching materials, calendars and access permissions connect each learning activity to the right students.
Simulations, written submissions and feedback extend learning beyond the lesson. Students can request appointments with teachers; staff manage availability, requests, messages and appointment status.
Orders, payments, electronic invoicing, student profiles and course access share an integrated administrative workflow. Reporting and exports support daily operations, while certificate generation and distribution complete the student service.
Device registration limits and access controls help counter fraudulent account use. Personalised watermarks on learning resources help identify unauthorised sharing and protect the academy’s teaching materials.
Custom AI study tools
Custom AI tools support the production of Bussole — the academy’s interactive study guides. Each lesson can become a set of complementary resources for understanding, revision and active recall.
